Cancer as a long term condition: Supporting people undertake physical activity whilst living with and beyond cancer

To support those working in the physical activity and leisure sector to:

1. Have a greater understanding of why cancer can be classed as a long term condition
2. Be able to identify the potential consequences of living with and beyond cancer, and possible impact on undertaking physical activity
3. Recognise the role they play in helping people to undertaken physical activity whilst living with and beyond cancer
