A whole Sunday filled with all things YOGA!
A fabulous way to delve further into your practice and connect to the season of Summer, whether you are new to Yoga or an experienced practitioner this day is for you!
We will spend this very special day at the beautiful and tranquil Oakhill Hotel, Cromford.
Exploring Yin, Hatha and Dynamic styles of asana (poses), pranayama (controlled breathing),
plus mediation and exploration of other Yogic traditions.
Refreshments and a delicious lunch will be provided.
Wear whatever you feel comfortable to move in & extra socks/layers.
Please bring with you a Yoga mat & blanket...you may also like to use Yoga blocks, a strap and a pillow/cushion, eye pillow for relaxation.
