Taking an entire day out to nourish and feed your soul 🌿
Hosted by Helen & Rachael...this spring wellness day will consist of Yoga flows (catered to all levels), Guided Meditation/Mindfulness, Restorative Yin Yoga & a deep relaxing Yoga Nidra at the end to finish off the day, so you literally float out of the studio. This day will allow you to reconnect with your body and mind whilst taking some time out to rest, repair and relax!
BEGINNERS WELCOME!
A nutritious vegetarian/vegan light bite will be provided along with healthy snacks and hot drinks (All dietary requirements catered for).
An example of the days itinerary:
11:00-11:15 Welcome drinks/energy ball
11:15-12:15 Yoga Flow/Breathing/Relaxation
12:15-12:45 Guided Meditation/Mindfulness
12:45-13:15 Lunch (provided)
13:15-13:45 Qi-Gong
13:45-14:15 Gentle Flow Yoga or Yoga Philosophy
14:15-14:25 Break
14:25-15:30 Yin & Yoga Nidra (The Yogic Sleep)
Cost of full day of classes plus lunch £49

You will need:
A Yoga mat (available to buy at the studio for £20)
A blanket
A mug (for your hot drinks throughout the day)
A pillow for you to sit on or for your head if you struggle to lie flat
