The classes are open to absolute beginners, those returning to dance after a break and for adults wanting to try a new style of dance and connect to their bodies
Go back to basics with our Contemporary course aimed at true beginners to those wanting to start again and learn the foundations of this dynamic and free style.
Class works through a range of exercises, building towards a longer sequence towards the end. Roll down, body swings, corner work and floor work make up the class, with a warm up and cool down to top and tail.
