Charlotte Nolan Yoga
My teaching has a real focus on the breath, and the being, embodied and present in the moment. I see great value in the sense of community that yoga creates, and how the energy of this group connectedness can inspire.
I believe that a regular yoga practice can show us in each moment our emotional and bodily wisdom. We can come off a yoga mat feeling empowered and rejuvenated, ready and focussed to live a life that is authentic and true to us.
My offerings also include the spiritual practices of meditation and breathwork, and I draw on several years of varied yoga, healing, and bodywork experience. My gratitude is endless to the many great teachers who have influenced, and will continue to influence, my teaching path.
