The Gymrun Colours measuring tool is to establish the childrens' fitness levels and to set targets for improvement. The children really enjoy the sessions and are looking forward to developing their fitness from here. The club provides motivation for the children to strive for the next colour fitness level and greatly improve their fitness levels.
