G-FIT

Small Group Training G-FIT sessions at Stow Fitness Center. Train with a certified personal trainer in our exclusive personal training space, along with other attendees, to get the attention and coaching of 1:1 personal training with the motivation and inspiration of a group setting. Visit the front desk to learn fees for each G-FIT program. Fees vary and space is limited.
