Find a way of easing and releasing tightness aligned with exploration of finer detail of posture and presence. Examine energy binding and use of gesture in Yoga. Create an ‘Intelligent Edge’ and free the body.
Breathe in every direction
Explore spaces in the lungs. Use yoga’s array of breathing practices to broaden, lengthen and free respiratory muscles often tightened by daily stress
Simply Be
Experience and connect to anything that comes our way. Through moving, breathing, relaxation and the use of mental positivity we may experience connection to everything in and around us.
Time to explore the perennial philosophy of ‘Simply Be’
Everyone is welcome. Practice will be tailored to individual needs. Attend the whole week or choose your days.
