A special day of the year! The Sun energy is strong and we can gather and enjoy the fullness of the energy together.
We'll begin with a Sun inspired Yoga practice, then flow in to a relaxing Sound Bath with Tibetan Bowls.
The afternoon is Ayurveda inspired and will include a delicious Lunch from our Caterer, Bake, Bake, Bake and a Workshop to discover which Ayurvedic 'Type' you are, and learn Lifestyle tips to balance your type.
Then we'll join together to practise a Special Ayurvedic Self- Massage with a blended beautiful fragranced oil.
Closing the day will be more refreshments and chatting before we head home full of sunshine energy :)
Nivel: Advanced, Beginner & Intermediate
Instrucciones
Bring a Yoga mat, blanket and any equipment you like to use for Yoga practice. You may wish to bring pen and paper or a journal to record any thoughts/make notes.
