As a provider of intensive 245D services, you need to write a CSSP Addendum for each person you support. The topics covered in the Addendum are numerous and detailed. You need a thorough understanding of how to appropriately document what the regulation is requiring of you, while also ensuring a person-centered approach. We have heard from many providers that they didn’t even know some of the Addendum requirements existed! This 3-hour classroom training will take a deeper look into the step-by-step process of completing the many topics written in the Intensive CSSP Addendum.
CEU Contact Hours: 3.6 for Nurses, 3 for Social Workers
This class is being offered in both classroom and virtual classroom (remote) sessions. Please choose the appropriate ticket when registering.
