Arrive in your dance clothes ready to go, as there are no changing room facilities.
Please make sure you have a big bottle of water at the ready, there is no fountain or tap available.
Please make sure you are wearing comfy workout gear, socks and trainers that are supportive to your ankle and laces are tied up twice, to avoid any annoying moments where you have to stop your workout to re do and/or to avoid tripping yourself up.
Please NO chewing gum during class.
I would highly recommend tying your hair up out of your face and off your neck, you're going to get very sweaty. Woo Hoo! Let's go!
