Hula hoop is one of the best ways to awake your inner playful, creative child, learning a new skill, making new connections and bringing you into your physical self. Our hoop students say:

Learn all of the foundation skills for hula hooping on your waist, try some fancy tricks and build co-ordination! This is an online course so you'll need to have space to hula hoop at home.
Depending on what hula hoops you have already there are a couple of options for pricing:
Course only: 5 x Live Classes held on Thursdays at 6pm from 14th January - 11th February and 2 x 15 minute 1-to-1 training sessions with the tutor
Course and Hoop: the above, but also includes your own custom-made hula hoop.
The Whole Hoop Kit: 5 x Live Classes, Access to 20 beginners tutorials to watch in your own time, 2 x 15 min 1-to-1 sessions and two hoops for learning. One is perfectly balanced for learning to waist hoop and the other is a high-quality lightweight hoop for learning tricks like throws, rolls and flourishes.
PLEASE NOTE:
We can only offer free hoop delivery to participants in central Edinburgh but do contact us if you would like to discuss posting your hoop to another location as postage charges will apply.
