I have available for you:

✔️Online Pregnancy Wellness Classes
✔️Online 15 minute Massage Consultations (which include a follow up video for you to carry on stretching at home!)
✔️HCR® Everywoman Pelvic Floor & Core Restore Courses in a 1-2-1 or Group option
✔️HCR® Athlete 12, a 12 week online programme which includes fitness tests and homework to do in between - perfect if you like more of a challenge and to be able to stay accountable!
How does it work?
You book your space, complete the PARQ online and then just sign up for your FREE Zoom account. Super simple!
You will be invited to a Zoom meeting, if the time isn't perfect for you, I will still do the class and the UPLOAD it into one of our private groups where you will have access to it for 48 hours to fo through it AS MANY TIMES as you like!
Some classes may be pre recorded to ensure I can still provide you with a service should I contract the virus.
