All services are non-refundable. In the event you are unable to participate due to physician confirmed medical circumstances a credit will be carried over into future services. All forms and payment are due on or before the first session. Failure to do so will prohibit client from participating in session.
All punch passes must be used within 2 months from date of purchase unless otherwise determined between yourself and trainer.
