We would like to bring together our Ashtanga community to celebrate this gift of Ashtanga yoga that has been passed down to us and we get the privilege to share with you. Let’s unite our practice as a group and feel the magic it creates.
During this special evening, Shannon, Steve, Helen, and Alison will be sharing the privilege of guiding the practice. Spaces are limited. Ashtanga Yoga Experience Necessary
