Duncan Hulin is the founder of the Devon School of Yoga and is a very experienced yoga practitioner and teacher.
This workshop will include breath only kriyas, asanas, satsang, miscellaneous practices and pranayama.
Bring a dish to share for lunch, a yoga mat (though we have spares), water bottle and anything else you need.
It will be a fantastic day of yoga!
