Hello. This is a 45 minute full body strength and fitness session - all welcome. The session will be instructor led and exercises will be using body weight or hand weights - the session will focus on full body strength and fitness with a cool down and stretch at the end.
The 6 week block will be £33 (payable on booking or at your first session please). If you prefer to pay as you go, a session cost is £7.00. Please book online every week for pay as you go sessions. If you pay for a block booking you will be booked onto the whole course. Many thanks.
On the day, wear clothes that are comfortable to move in. Layers are good so you can regulate your temperature. Wear comfortable, clean footwear and bring a drink.
Mats and weights are available to use but if you would prefer to use your own equipment please bring them along.
A health form will be sent to you on receipt of your booking. Please complete it and return the form as soon as possible.
