This workshops is for students that have completed the Closed Chain Lower Body Mechanics Course online; in person (Pre Lock Downs); or have attend one of the old 6 day immersion courses.
This will be a 6 hour workshop that will follow the format of the online course; BUT, is tailored towards the questions from the group regarding the material and application of the material from the course.
N.B: No other material will be discussed on this workshop.
It is solely a support workshop to help work through areas of the course that you have "passed", but would like to explore, discuss and generally work towards feeling more confident in.
This also provides you with an opportunity to be in a room with Monika and workshop the "exercises", "wedge positions", thought process etc.
In order to attend, you will need to email email@example.com so that he can confirm that you have completed the course.
He will then issue you with the password that will allow you to book your place.
On the day, come in clothes that you are comfortable in. Our workshops generally do not involve tables or chairs and most of the learning is supported experientially with movement.
Bring with you the resources that you learn with - Pens, Paper, Wedges, Fuel etc (There will be a short Lunch break.)
