This long established class starts with a warm up at the Barre, Centre Practice and Adage (slow sustained movements) Allegro (small and big jumps) and finally a cool down. And all to lovely, soul enriching classical (and less classical) music. This is not a beginners' class but the exercises are structured so that they can be done at several levels.
