Fit Club Gym & Pilates
We are not an ordinary gym, all of our sessions are led by a qualified instructors to ensure you get the maximum benefit from your gym session. We are passionate about the service we provide and we want our clients to enjoy their time here and train in a supportive, positive environment with like minded people.
We offer gym sessions with a maximum of 8 people per session with some sessions being ladies only and Pilates classes with a maximum of 10 in a class.
Gym sessions are a mixture of cardiovascular training, core, strength and functional exercises. We are experienced in helping clients with health issues and those recovering from injury.
Our Pilates classes taught by experienced instructor Zoe George and are beginner / intermediate, as the classes are small we can give variations to accommodate any health conditions. Zoe specialises in spinal conditions, pelvic floor function and Cancer rehabilitation.
