Details

This class has a flexible start time - arrive to start at 6pm at earliest, 7pm at latest. If you are fairly new to Ashtanga Yoga, then you can expect your session to last for 45-60 mins. If you are a more experienced practitioner, please make sure that you allow sufficient time for your practice so that you finish by 8pm. If you are a complete beginner, then please contact Rachel (studio@fitnessworks.co.uk) before you come to arrange a specific starting time.
