FIVE ELEMENT FITNESS
Five Element Fitness uses health techniques from Yoga and Ayurveda for a well-rounded at home health care practice.
Ayurveda uses movement, massage, diet, supplements and lifestyle changes to encourage our body back to its healthiest state.
This Five Element Fitness class will work with one of the six therapeutic actions of Ayurveda each week:
Anti-Aging - Core and Hip work to Create Better Strength and Mobility
Alkalise - Soothing Shoulder and Hip Sequences to Re-Centre Body and Mind
De-Congest - Breathwork/Shoulders and Core Work to Warm and Clear Body and Mind
De-Stress - Seated Hip Stretch, Balance Work and Relaxation
Liver Support - Inner, Outer and Back Core work to Re-establish Tejas (the inner fire)
Strong Mind - Breathwork and Backbends to revitalise the Expressive 'Udana' Energy of the Body
Ayurvedic Principles will be explored during classes
CURRENTLY, CLASSES CAN BE BOOKED WITHOUT PAYMENT DUE TO THE CONTINUING STRUGGLE FOR MANY WITH A REGULAR AND/OR SUFFICIENT INCOME.
