This workshop is aimed at making you FEEL GOOD, BE SEXY, BUILD CONFIDENCE. There are NO fitness requirements, NO background requirements, there isn’t a “preferred” body shape - we believe you look great just the way you are. Work what you have, love what you’ve got. Bring out the goddess you’ve always had inside you. Suitable for beginners and those new to pole dance.
Have a pole all to yourself and dance the night away with a sassy, energetic and fun routine lead by award winning performer Lauren Red. Feel fabulous and firey for an evening!
Heels are optional and knee pads recommended - we have some for sale in the studio if you don't have any :)
Cost: £22.50
Open to ages 16 plus only. All genders welcome, no spectators.
Once booked this class can be transferred up to 48 hours before the class begins. If a refund is required a £2 admin fee will be deducted to cover our card processing costs. If a class is cancelled within 48 hours of the class beginning the fee is forfeited. No exceptions.
Knee pads are recommended. Heels are optional :)
Wear whatever you feel most comfortable and confident in!
