This class will be led by Robert Macmillan.
A professional artist for over twenty years Robert encourages students to bring along projects that they would like to work on whether it be a still life, working from photographs or copying an old master painting. From watercolour to acrylics or whatever you feel most comfortable with Robert will be there to help and show various ways of developing your drawing and painting.
For students without an art kit, we have some materials here to get you started.
Robert would encourage students to bring along materials that they are comfortable with or interested in using which could include some of the following-
Charcoal, Conte, Pastels
Pencils Rubber and Putty rubber
Acrylic Paint
Watercolour/watercolour set
A selection of brushes and some for fine detail
Watercolour paper
Paper for drawing or for acrylic painting
Canvas and primed panels
If travelling by car, please park at Waterstone crook car park and make your way up to the centre. We have limited parking at the Centre which is reserved for blue badge holders and those with limited mobility only.

Cost of class at annual subscription rate= £173 Our annual subscription is £30 per and will give you a discount to apply against any classes taken within the year of purchase. If you would like to take out a subscription, please head back to the class schedule and purchase the subscription first. You will then be sent a confirmation email for the subscription booking with your code to redeem discount on your classes.
