Meditation for Mothers who have Young Children - Day Program

Enjoy a morning in the beautiful Stone Cottage, together with like-minded mothers of young children.
There will be time for meditation and sharing in small groups, Q & A, followed by a vegetarian lunch.
This will be a special time for yourself, without the children.
