Dynamic Hatha-Vinyasa flow with strong emphasis on mindful breath, alignment and mobilisation. Learn to flow from one asana to another with awareness, whilst building your strength and flexibility and deepening into the potential of your body and mind.
Beginners and improvers classes available.

Monday 7pm: Improvers Class
This fusion of Hatha and ‘Vinyasa inspired’ beginners Yoga class, aims to build strength, increase flexibility and improve overall posture. With key alignment focus and the breath rooted at the core of our Yoga practice, we can help develop balance and stillness on and off the mat.

Friday 10am; Mixed level Class
Combining a flow of basic postures with a strong emphasis on mindful breath - this fusion of Hatha and ‘Vinyasa inspired’ mixed level Yoga class, aims to release tension, help build strength, increase overall flexibility and encourage clarity and relaxation during these uncertain and more challenging times.
