What to expect:

💃 80s Dance Party (1 hour)
Pull on your neon tutu, leg warmers, and brightest colours – maybe even French-comb that hair – and hit the floor! We’ll groove to the greatest hits of the 80s in this alcohol-free, joy-filled event.

It’s more than just a dance – it’s about shaking off stagnant energy, letting go of tension, and uplifting your spirit.

Halotherapy Session (30 mins)
From high-energy to high serenity – we’ll transition into soothing halotherapy, breathing deep and finding calm as the salty air restores balance.

🥗 Refreshments & Connection (30 mins)
Light bites, tasty drinks, and time to connect. Expect laughter, conversation, and that warm fuzzy feeling of community. Totally tubular!

🎶 Sound Bath Experience (1 hour)
Close the night with a deeply restorative sound bath – a chill session that will recalibrate your energy and soothe every cell of your body. You’ll float away on waves of sound feeling relaxed, rebalanced, and full of love.
