Cruise to Lamberton Skerrs

Informations

Travel back in time on this 3-hour cruise along the Berwickshire Coast from Eyemouth, past Burnmouth Caves to Lamberton Skerrs and back. There will be a geological and a wildlife guide on board to tell you all about the geology, wildlife and local history that we encounter on the journey. This event is part of the Scottish Geology Festival https://www.scottishgeologytrust.org/festival/

£45 per person.

Eyemouth’s floating pontoons and the boat’s step-aboard access means these cruises are suitable for folk of all physical abilities. If you or any of your party are wheelchair users, please let us know so we can make suitable boarding arrangements.

Instructions

We adhere to all Scottish Government Covid-19 regulations; we have hand sanitiser on board and there is plenty of deck space to allow social distancing. Before the cruise, please check for any Covid-19 symptoms. If you have any symptoms, you must not attend the cruise, but please let us know if you are not coming.

Please wear suitable clothing (it gets cold at sea), bring a face covering (in case of emergencies) and bring binoculars if you have them.

I'm afraid the nearest public toilets are outside the Coop, about 10 minutes walk away, postcode is TD14 5EU. There is a basic loo on the boat too.
