This course is intended for providers who understand the basics of completing the 6790C and having taken 6790C, part 1 is preferred, though not required. In this session, we will examine the exceptions to this document and negotiation strategies. In addition complicated staffing patterns will be discussed. This includes recognizing how to determine rates for residential supports where people receive services during the day. This directly impacts rates as the staffing ratio is shared and not based on licensed capacity.
