8 week programme with Dr Gail Loudon using mindfulness based stress reduction and cognitive therapy techniques developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
No previous experience required: mindfulness is a skill that can be learnt by anyone, allowing you to take control of your life rather than being driven by habits you may not even notice.
The price also includes an optional 1:1 session with Gail and a follow up meeting after the course has finished.
This course will be taught online until further notice. However if Tier 4 restrictions ease the latter sessions may be taught at Studio Yoga.
All materials for home mindfulness and meditation practice will be provided.
