Totally Shredded Fitness working in conjunction with Fit Camps are pleased to announce we will be hosting Totally Shredded Training on the 11th November at Ribby Hall.
As a special Fit Camps deal our course will be £99 with a £17.50 membership every month for a year.
You will be trained by the creator Dean Heitman and course runs from 11am to 6pm.
Learn everything you need to know on how to teach the craze that is sweeping the nation.
