*Optional early morning nature walk, 8:30am (weather permitting)
Two themed yoga sessions,
Seasonal workshop
Nourishing vegetarian lunch (vegan and gluten free options)

Please aim to arrive at the venue between 9:30am - 9:45am for a prompt 10:00am start. There is a lovely cafe where you can enjoy a warm beverage before we start if you like.
As mentioned, there is an optional early morning nature walk around the grounds (weather permitting). If you would like to join us, please bring weather appropriate clothing and shoes. We will be in touch with more information on this as we get a little closer to the day.

T's & C's: A full refund will be offered for cancellations up to one week in advance. Cancellations made within seven days of the event will not be refunded. This overrides all other T's & C's. In certain circumstances, I reserve the discretion to transfer credit for late cancellations to another mutually convenient event
