Yoga Stops Traffick is an annual campaign uniting yoga practitioners across the globe to take a stand against human trafficking.
Funds raised help support survivors of human trafficking.
Please look after yourself while taking part in this event. Do not do anything that feels wrong for your body at the time.
When you book your spot, you will receive the link and login details.
This event will be recorded and a link sent to all those registered. If you can’t make the live event, you can take part later.
Please work on a yoga mat or non-slip surface.
Have a cushion or yoga blocks to hand for support and adjustment purposes.
Have a blanket available for the relaxation section towards the end of the session. Your body will cool down quickly as you relax.
