45-minute small group training class is geared toward learning fundamental kettlebell movements. We will go through a sequence of full-body supersets that will be sure to increase your overall strength and endurance. Learn movements like Kettlebell Swings, Turkish Get-Up, Single Leg Deadlift, and much more.
