Gentle seated/standing session. Fabulous was to stretch and work at a gentler pace. After a little catch up we work on balance, strength and mobility. Definitely something to look forward to in the week.
Space Required: Small amount of space around your chair. I do encourage standing at one point but if you want to keep seated that is fine.
Equipment: Small weights such as tins or water bottles, scarf or resistance band plus chair.
Ensure you are fit and healthy to take part in this session.
Let me know if there are any issues prior to the class.
