Gjuha Jone - Payments and Refund Policy
Term fees must be paid in full before the first class.
Accepted payment methods are stated on the booking form and a payment provider will accept your payment on our behalf.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be issued if the school cannot deliver classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
By enrolling in Gjuha Jonë and making payment, you agree and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off period once classes commence. If you cancel before attending any class, a refund will be provided, minus 15% of the transaction to cover for incurred costs of the transaction including admin time to process such transaction. However, once the first class has been attended, no refunds will be issued.
After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
Refunds for teacher cancellations will be addressed by offering makeup sessions.
There will be no makeup classes for student absences; students return to the next available paid session.
If a child cannot attend a class, the cost remains non-refundable because teacher, premises and other costs must still be covered.
Two full week’s notice is required for a planned absence to receive a credit towards the next cycle (not a refund).
Absences with less than two week's notice are non-refundable and non-creditable.
