Boogie Bounce is a low impact, high energy, fun full body workout on a mini trampoline, fitted with a safety bar. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

A 50 minute cardio based workout, with an effective toning section to finish. The safety bar allows for all abilities to workout to the easy to follow routines, using adaptions when necessary.

Booking on line is essential to secure your place. Once you have registered on the booking system , you can log on at any time using your log in details to manage you booking.
