Learning Support Development Package: Teaching and Classroom Assistant Workshop

2 x full-day sessions (9.30 am - 2.30 pm)
Aimed at: experienced and recently appointed teaching/learning support assistants whose primary role is to support pupils with their learning.

The Teaching Assistant Workshops Programme offers teaching and learning support assistants further specialised training through a series of workshops that allow delegates to choose from a range of more specialised training on a variety of subjects. Each workshop will be delivered by a specialist in the field and will provide a balance of theoretical background with hands-on activities designed to equip participants with tried and tested strategies that they can take back to their schools.

Please note the workshops are the same as those included with the New Teaching Assistant Programme

Day 1 - 12th November 2018, Beechwood Junior School, 9:30am – 2:30 pm workshops on a range of subjects.

Day 2 - 3rd December 2018, Beechwood Junior School, 9:30am – 2:30pm workshops on a range of subjects

The workshops will be presented by a range of professionals from throughout the Alliance and other external agencies

Cost: Hamwic schools £140, Non-Hamwic schools £200
