The class is slow paced and combines mindful yoga movements, breathing and meditation practices to connect deeply within and let go of tension/anxiety, helping bring about physical, mental, and emotional balance. This class has evolved over the past 12 months and the focus is very much on taking time to practice techniques, and to reflect and journal.
This class is a LADIES ONLY space. My Monday yoga class welcomes other genders if you're interested.
Limited places to create a safe, comfortable space. No need to have experience of yoga or meditation.
You will learn techniques to take away and use in your daily life.
The class runs in blocks of 4 consecutive weeks (unless I'm away). Drop-in tickets are available.
Yoga meets you where you are right now and offers you lifelong support. All you need to do is take that first step.
Please bring: yoga mat (let me know in advance if you need to borrow one)

If you have a journal/notebook, please bring. I will give you paper if not.
Please wear loose fitting clothing - leggings/joggers are fine. No belts or buckles.
