I am a therapeutic yoga teacher and the yoga I teach is accessible for most people. You do need to be able to get down and up from the floor.
My classes promote positivity, self-inquiry, self-development, and community.
This is a friendly and supportive class where you will be encouraged to connect with your body and move within YOUR range of motion in a non-competitive environment.
We move through a range of yoga movements, breathwork, introspective meditation and relaxation techniques.
All adult ages, genders, shapes and sizes welcome.
Limited class size to allow for a supportive space with a friendly community feel.
You will be made very welcome whether you are completely new or returning to yoga or are more experienced with the practice.

Reducing physical, mental, and emotional tension, and helping you cope with life's challenges.
This weekly class runs in blocks of 6 consecutive weeks (except for some public holidays). I do offer single ‘pay as you go’, and if you then sign up to the remainder of the 6-week block you’ll pay a discounted rate.
Why book a block of 6 classes? Because you will only benefit from yoga by making a commitment to yourself to practice regularly. You also save money.
Each 6 week block includes a Yin yoga and a Backcare class.
Please bring:
Yoga mat (let me know in advance of the class if you need to borrow one please)
Blanket, cushion for relaxation
Bottled water for hydration
Clothing: nothing fancy required. Loose fitting leggings/tracksuit bottoms or similar, and a T.shirt is fine.
