Yoga during pregnancy is the perfect, healthy start to motherhood. It can relieve aches and pains and develop strength and confidence for you during the birth as well as during the post-natal period. Yoga and Pranayama (breath work) can help balance and calm the active mind, as well as being a valuable relaxation tool to help you before, during and after the birth of your baby. It's also a great opportunity to connect with local mums-to-be in a relaxed environment.

This four-part course lead by Natalie (pregnancy yoga teacher, birth coach and doula) will take care of you and your precious cargo and provide practical support and guidance during this wonderful time - from pregnancy, through to birth and beyond.
