This workshop will provide you with the safe and sacred space you need to learn how yoga can best support you throughout all stages of your life – maintaining your health, vitality and well-being, whatever your age!

A Sharing Circle
We will take time to centre, ground and relax working slowly into gentle movement using poses and movement which work best with the endocrine system to balance hormones. We will also look at movement and poses to support good pelvic health. We will end the movement section with some deep relaxation.
We will then enjoy a short break with some plant based refreshments and juices before moving on to the sharing element of the workshop. A sharing circle is a place where women can speak freely and openly and share their own wisdom. You may speak openly about anything – something on your mind, something you’re going through, something you’ve overcame or just how your day or week has been! Of course, speaking is optional and you are welcome to pass and just sit and listen to the other women.
Who’s it for:
Women of any age, any stage of life whether you are a teen, had children, never had children, have passed menopause, are pregnant or just had a baby. This workshop is for you.
The movement aspect of this workshop is very gentle, however, you should inform the teacher of any health issues or concerns.
