Beneficial to gently strengthen, release tension, and boost well-being, accessible chair yoga classes with Hazel allow you to experience the life-changing benefits of yoga regardless of physical limitations or reduced mobility.

A gentle, nurturing practice based on traditional hatha yoga principles, Hazel will take you through a beautiful series of quiet sitting to begin, gentle pranayama & breathwork, jattis (loosening up), tension relieving kriyas (conscious movement with breath) and asanas (held postures) ending the practice with seated relaxation on your chair.
