A four week course to build a tool box that you will then be able to use to manage stress and anxiety. The course includes the following:
4 different Pranayamas (breathing exercises)
Daily practice ideas and guidance
A WhatssApp group (optional of course)
A weekly class that will include Asana (postures), Pranayama and Relaxation
By the end of the 4 weeks you will have established a solid base and understanding giving you resources that you can use anytime.
Please note that payments are non refundable but could be transferred to other classes in the schedule (please contact me if this is required).

As you are joining me on Zoom, an email link will be sent to you shortly before class. You can download the Zoom app or open directly in your browser.
Please try and find a quiet place to practice, you will need your yoga mat, blocks or cushions and a blanket
