When we take time to meditate we bring long lasting health benefits into our lives, add that to the beautiful practice of yoga nidra and we find ourselves with the perfection solution for lowering stress levels and connecting to ourselves.
During this session you will be guided through a meditation practice followed by a deep yoga nidra relaxation.
Please note that payments are non refundable but are transferrable 24 hours before class. As this is a Zoom session YOU ARE still able to transfer after the 24 hour period (apologies but the booking system does not allow for different policies on different classes). You will find details in the post booking confirmation with instruction on how to action a late transfer
