A 60 minute flow to yin yoga for all levels.
We move with our breath as we marvel at Kirkstall Abbey's dramatic architecture in the stunning and peaceful Rose Room. An intimate and charming indoor setting featuring original artifacts from the abbey ruins.
We begin with a short meditation to allow ourselves to settle in, bring clarity and peacefulness to our minds. We continue with that peaceful energy and move with purpose and intention through a gentle slow flow to allow our senses to absorb the tranquility of the surroundings. To seal the session we end with a short yin series where we take time in low seated postures to release tensions and tightness.

Arrive at least 10 minutes before the event to give yourself time to find the room and get settled.
Bring your own mat, some cosy clothing a blanket and a cushion.
