It's time for spring flowers! Learn to add a new touch to your backyard party decor with this crepe paper flower workshop. Learn how to cut, curl, and create your flowers. You'll create two flowers and will learn how to increase the size to achieve the floral backdrop you've been thinking of designing. Apply basic watercolors and voila! A beautiful vibrant paper flower. You will receive a craft kit filled with the materials to create this fun craft. Inside your craft kit:

• crepe paper -watercolor paint and brush
• stencils -wood dowels
