Many people like to come along with their mum, daughter or best friend for a shared time of peace and pampering.

Please wear comfortable clothes you can relax in.
Please bring a blanket and an eye pillow or eye mask if you have one.
Yoga mats and bolsters are provided, but you may bring your own if you prefer.
Please note that all attendees at the Garden Studio must show evidence of two completed Covid 19 vaccinations, or a negative lateral flow test within the last 48 hours.
