A more challenging level of Aerial Hoops moves, spins and combos is taught in this class. As a minimum, you must be able to get to a Seat position using a Side Mount, Pike, or Straddle entry to book this level. Hoops may be slightly higher off the floor. Spotting will be provided, and crash mats (also provided) are compulsory.
Ages: 5 to adult. NB: children (5-12) pay the same fee (£12 per drop-in or £9 for online space) and need to be accompanied by a paying adult.
Online class: £9.
drop-in class: £12.
Class pass: £55, £95 and £140 options are available.

Please wear tight fitting sportswear to avoid skin friction with hoop equipment. It is suggested that legs and arms are fully covered, especially as a beginner.
Cancellation policy: no refund is issued for cancellations less than 48h before class. If notice of more than 48h is given, all efforts will be made to find an alternative class within the same month, although securing the alternative class is not guaranteed. Any refunds given for ANY reason, incur a 4% transaction cancellation fee.
