Introduction to Mindfulness Course and Yoga Nidra Classes
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, which is both nourishing and restorative for the mind and body. Yoga nidra or 'yogic sleep' is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, similar to the 'going-to-sleep' stage. The intention is not necessarily to induce sleep but instead to prepare the body for sleep and/or restorative relaxation. First class is FREE!

Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation (1 hour sessions across 5 weeks) - £55
This 5 session course will provide you with the foundations to begin your own meditation practice.
During each 1 hour session you will explore different meditation techniques to help you find what works for you. Also, you will learn about the science of meditation and the incredible positive changes to your brain that research has identified.
